secluded beautiful two, three and four bedroom luxury log cabin vacation
homes with fabulous views of the mountains. 

Each log cabin is uniquely designed to provide you with deluxe accommodations for all seasons.  Our luxury log cabins are fully equipped
with full size kitchens, dishes, linens, real masonry wood burning Rumford fireplaces, everything you need to make your getaway with us a fun and memorable experience whether its for three days or three weeks. 
Our log cabins are brand new (finished in November, 2000) and
secluded, yet only 2 miles from Pagosa Springs. 

Each new custom log cabin is nestled privately in the woods with
outside picnic area and barbeque grill.  Inside, build a fire in the
fireplace and enjoy the warm comforts of log home living.  Enjoy a movie  on a cold winter night or stay in touch with friends.  Our cabins include satellite TV with DVD/VHS players and free DVD movie rentals from the office.  Each cottage has a private phone for local calls or dial-up connection to the internet.

Enjoy walking the private gravel road and trails through the forest. 
Smell the pines.  Take a hike to the peak of the property and take
in the inspiring and majestic views of the snow capped peaks against
the bluest skies you can imagine.  Enjoy the crisp, clean mountain air. 
Very little in the world can compare to the scenery of Colorado.

We are a NO SMOKING - NO PETS property both inside the cabins and outside on the property.  No exceptions will be made.

Minimum 3 nights reservation, 7 nights during Christmas and Spring Break.

50% deposit required upon reservation.  Balance is due upon check-in.

Complimentary treats upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a down payment is received, the vacation home is taken off the market for the reserved period and is not available for other guests.  Down payments are not refundable unless we can rebook the unit.  In the case of a partial rebooking, the unbooked days will be deducted from the refund.  20% of the down payment will be deducted from the refund as an administrative processing fee.
